1.麦芽糖浆

麦芽糖浆是用优质淀粉为原料,淀粉酶液化,真菌酶糖化,精制浓缩而成的含麦芽糖百分之50以上的淀粉糖品.麦芽糖浆甜度低而温和,口感好、抗结晶、冰点低,在高温和酸性条件下比较稳定,渗透压较高等优点。
